Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2.The grievance projected by the writ petitioner is that Form VI and VII submitted by the petitioner for the petition mentioned years has been put on hold without being filed. The second respondent is directed to take a call in the matter after notice to the third respondent. This exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The contentions of the respective parties are left open. 2/4

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
