ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the second respondent to register the case on the Petitioner's complain t dated 12.7.2014 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

conducted on the basis of the complaint of the Petitioner and the same was closed.
