O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 21.09.2017.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has created some false documents and grabbed the land worth about Rs.50 crores and hence, a complaint was lodged before the first respondent on 21.09.2017, but, sofar no action has been taken.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the said complaint has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Trichy and now, the enquiry is pending before the said Inspector.

5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Trichy is directed to expedite the investigation and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has to register a case and then proceed with the same, in accordance with law.

6.With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
