This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a complaint on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2017.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.99 of 2018 under Sections 448, 427 and 380 IPC and he has produced a copy of the said First Information Report before this Court.
