RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to enlarge the petitioners /Appellants /Accused on bail by suspending the sentence imposed by the learned V Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai, Madurai District has passed an order in S.C.No. 482/2016 vide her judgment dated 11.12.2017 pending the disposal of the above main Criminal Appeal Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- On the side of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is stated that this Court passed an order dated 02.02.2018, stating that the petitioner is entitled to file a bail petition only after the expiry of six months. Hence, the bail petition is to be dismissed.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the appellants' side. 3.A perusal of the records reveals that this Court passed an order dated 02.02.2018, in Crl.M.P(MD)No. 255 of 2018 stating that if the appeal is not disposed of within a period of six months, liberty is given to the appellants to file a fresh application for bail.

not yet over. Hence, the bail petition is dismissed. 5.Post main Criminal Appeal on 25.07.2018, for arguments finally.
