To modify the condition imposed in Cr.MP.No.198/2022 dated 12/1/2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tirunelveli. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.MOHANASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2718 of 2022 dated 09.02.2022.
