This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.510 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the final report has been filed on 12.07.2017 itself before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi. However, it was returned for certain defects.
