This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, Moolaikaraipatti Police Station, Mollaikaraipatti, Tirunelveli District to register the case on the basis of complaint, dated 15.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 15.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the petition enquiry is pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
