ORDER

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the Inspector of Police, Lalgudi Police Station, Trichy District. 2.But then, instead of arraying Lalgudi Police Station, Trichy District, the petitioner had wrongly described the same as Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Trichy District. In fact, there is no such police station.

3.It is admitted that a complaint has been received against the petitioner herein by the Lalgudi Police Station. It appears to be a case of love affair. The petitioner, however, denies the same. 4.In these circumstances, this criminal original petition is disposed of with the following directions:- (i)If the second respondent wants to enquire the petitioner, formal summons will be sent.

(ii)If the second respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner will be duly intimated, so that, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4585 of 2020 petitioner will have breathing time to move the Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.
