Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL KUMAR J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.JOSEPH JERRY, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.6181 of 2021 in Crl.RC(MD)No.209 of 2021, dated 22.09.2021. 2.Already, the petitioner was directed to report before the trial Court once in three months only. Considering the nature of offence, this Court does not find any change in circumstances. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
