ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the writ petition is to dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.
2.The learned Special Government appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry is scheduled to be held on 27.06.2025 and notice was already isued to the petitioner.
3.Thus, the District Collector, Pudukkottai, shall proceed with the 4/6
enquiry and decided the matter on merits and in accordance with law. 4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellanous petition is also closed.
