O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conclude the enquiry in appeal in Na.Ka.No.34390/H3/2014, dated 10.08.2022, which is pending before the second respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in Hindu Primary School, Koodalur and subsequently, she was promoted as Headmistress. Thereafter, she was reverted from the post of Headmistress. The petitioner has challenged the order of reversion before the first respondent and the same was allowed and the Management has filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P. (MD).No.8112 of 2018. This Court, by order dated 08.08.2019, set aside the impugned order and allowed the writ petition and remitted the matter back to the first respondent to consider the case afresh and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity to the 2/5

petitioner. However, the enquiry, as per the direction issued by this Court was not concluded. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to conclude the enquiry in appeal in Na.Ka.No.34390/H3/2014, dated 10.08.2022, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
