The petitioner's wife/Malarkodi died in a accident leading registration of Crime No.58 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to identify the offending vehicle. Even though the general CCTV footage is available, for want of particulars, the investigation has hit a dead end.
2.Be that as it may, the second respondent cannot keep the FIR pending for a long time. Therefore the second respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With this direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
