PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to call for the records in connection with the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.461 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

The petitioners, seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.461 of 2013 on the file of the Learned Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice, if the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below. Considering the submission made, personal appearance of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required. Learned Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of C.C.No.461 of 2013 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
