Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.ASOKAN,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17187 of 2018 on 24.10.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly

till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17187 of 2018 on 24.10.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. sd/- 05/12/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
