It is a petition seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register First Information Report on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.06.2016.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 15.07.2016 in Crime No.394 of 2016 for offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC.
