2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that Accused No.5 in this case is absconding yet to be arrested.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
