ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.11.2014 for the offences punishable under Section 392 r/w 397 of IPC., in Crime No.495 of 2014, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has threatened the defacto complainant with knife point and grabbed a sum of Rs.600/- from his pocket.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that there are 50 cases pending against the petitioner and some cases are under Section 302 of IPC.

4. Considering the gravity of the offences and the previous antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
