K.Kalaivani, the de-facto complainant in Crime No.386 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kottampatti Police Station, Melur Taluk, Madurai District seeks a direction to the said police to complete the investigation at early date and file the final report according to law before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The dispute arose with regard to a property matter. F.I.R. is registered in Crime No.386 of 2012 for the offences under Sections 147, 447, 448 and 506(i) of I.P.C. It is pending in investigation stage itself.

4. In the circumstances, the respondent viz., the Inspector of Police, Kottampatti Police Station, Melur Taluk, Madurai District is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.386 of 2012 and file the final report according to law within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
