2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the First Information Report came to be registered against the respondents 4 to 6 in Crime No.69 of 2022 and another First Information Report came to be registered in Crime No.70 of 2022 as against the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
