A case in Crime No.91 of 2016 registered by Siruganur Police Station, Trichy District against the petitioner/A1. Aggrieved by the direction of the learned First Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirapalli in Cr.M.P.No.182 of 2016 that the petitioner/A1, who appears monthly twice as directed, this petition to set aside the said order has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3. While granting bail, the petitioner was imposed with a condition. He has complied with the said condition from 24.02.2016 to 03.05.2016. Nearly it comes to 72 days. In the circumstances, it is sufficient.

(i) This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. (ii) The impugned order passed by the learned First Additional District Judge (PCR), Thiruchirapalli in Cr.M.P.No.182 of 2016 dated 11.05.2016 is set aside. Consequently, the bail condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.71 of 2016 dated 22.02.2016 is completely relaxed.
