Side) (in both petitions) COMMON ORDER These petitions are filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.227 of 2014 under Sections 294(b), 379(NH) and 506(ii) IPC and in Crime No.216 of 2013 under Sections 406, 465, 468, 471 and 506(ii) IPC, pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), these petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
