ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in F.I.R.No.935 of 2021, dated 03.09.2021, under Sections 147, 448, 427, 506(i) IPC and to file final report within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.935 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 448, 427, 506(i) IPC and that the investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks one month time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate 2/4

Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
