ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction directing 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law. 2.Notice was ordered to the Inspector of Police, who is the Enquiry Officer to ascertaining the situation. Because of the surgery, he is not in position to appear before this Court. The third respondent official is present before this Court. He would state that due to the bad antecedents and conduct of the petitioner, the History sheet in H.S.No.1 of 2023 has been opened against him. For making surveillance, he was called for enquiry. According to him, two cases have been registered against him. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that harassment is made by the second respondent under the guise of false FIRs. The petitioner can workout his remedy by challenging the above said proceedings in accordance with law. There is no question of harassment at this stage.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
