No.3518 of 2022:- This petition filed U/s. 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to extend the time in Crl.OP(MD) No.3518 of 2022 dated 21.02.2022. Prayer in CRL OP(MD). No.3518 of 2022:- This petition filed U/s. 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the III Additional District and Sessions Court(PCR), Madurai to accept his surrender and to consider his bail application in Spl.SC No.4/2022 on the file of him to be filed by the petitioner on the same day and merits.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 21.02.2022 and the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.P.Thangamani, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Trial Court in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3518 of 2022, dated 21.02.2022. 1/3

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 21.02.2022, made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3518 of 2022, is extended one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
