Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition to produce two common sureties for the petitioners instead of two sureties each passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.99 of 2023, dated 05.01.2023. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.99 of 2023, dated 05.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each.
