This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 27.01.2021 made in E.A.No.6 of 2021 in E.P.No.57 of 2012 in O.S.No.243 of 2008 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vedasanthur.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the sale itself has been completed on 27.01.2021.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
