RESPONDENT RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Honorable Court against the petitioners on 21.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 6903 of 2019 in Crl.A (MD)No. 345 of 2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAJASEKAR, for M/s.R.ALAGUMANI Advocate for the petitioners and of Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6903 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.345 of 2019, dated 21.08.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6903 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.345 of 2019, dated 21.08.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2930 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6903 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.345 of 2019, dated 21.08.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
