ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as A.2 in Crime No.326 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offence punishable under Section 153(A) I.P.C. r/w Section 3 of TNPPD Act The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.04.2015. He has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused have pasted postures in the walls around the city which exhibits against the society and enmity between Tamils and others.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
