The defendants 1 & 2 in O.S.No.144 of 2023, on the file of the Second Additional District Court, Tuticorin, have filed the present revision petition, seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.7 of 2024, which was filed for rejection of the plaint.

2.A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that I.A.No.7 of 2024, was filed on 26.06.2024 and it is posted for counter of the first and second respondent for the past six months.
3.Considering the above said facts, the learned trial Judge, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.7 of 2024 on or before 30.06.2025. 4.With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
