Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection by implement the order of interim injunction in I.A.No.1062 of 2012 in O.S.No.578 of 2012 on the file of District Munsif, Thirumangalam in the light of representation given by petitioner on 08.02.2022. ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection by implement the order of interim injunction in I.A.No.1062 of 2012 in O.S.No.578 of 2012 on the file of District Munsif, Thirumangalam in the light of representation given by petitioner on 08.02.2022

2. Admittedly the suit is pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

3. While pending civil suit between the parties this Court cannot consider the request made by the petitioner for police protection.

4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs. However the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned civil Court for appropriate relief.
