No.5983 of 2020 in and by its order dated 11.6.2020. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed to extend the time for further period to appear before the concern Magistrate Court as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5983 of 2020, dated 11.06.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of a Demand Draft and seeks time.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is granted for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
