COMMON PRAYER :- Petitions filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.(MD).Nos. 19947, 19948, 19951 & 19952/2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.1348/2025 dated 19.01.2026.

For Petitioners in all the petitions : Mr.Ka.Raamakrishnan For Respondent in all the petitions : Mr.B.Nambiselvan, APP COMMON ORDER These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court, vide order dated 19.01.2026, in Crl.MP.(MD).Nos.19947, 19948, 19951 & 19952/2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.1348/2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court, on 19.01.2026, granted bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station, viz., Kulasekarapattinam Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the appeal. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforesaid condition till date. 2/5

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent affirmed the fact of compliance of the aforesaid conditional order by the petitioner till date.

4.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioners are complying with the conditional order dated 19.01.2026, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioners, be modified. 6.Accordingly, the petitions are ordered and the petitioners are directed to report before the Trial Court, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the appeal. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 19.01.2026, remain unaltered. 27.02.2026 AP Internet : Yes 3/5
