O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.21 of 2009 and to file a final report within a time limit.

2. Heard Mr.S.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Durai Pandian, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court directs the respondent police to file the final report within a period of two months from today. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is allowed, with the above direction.
