The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing this writ petition, the second respondent issued proceedings dated 27.02.2025, terminating the petitioner from service.

2. In view of the same, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to challenging the said termination proceedings dated 27.02.2025.

3. Considering the request of the petitioner this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the termination proceedings dated 27.02.2025 issued by the second respondent by filing a fresh writ petition.
