ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused who was arrested by the respondent police on 16.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.230 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner demanded money from the defacto complainant and when he refused the accused attacked him with arival.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that none sustained injury and the petitioner has been incarceration for more than 88 days. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State opposed the bail petition submitting that the petitioner has involved in 2 cases of 302 IPC and 4 cases of 307 IPC apart from the present case. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in all the previous case the petitioner was released on bail and he is ready to abide any condition.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before Asthampatti Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders. sd/- 12/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
