2.It appears that the petitioner's daughter had run away with one Vijay of the same village. The information received by the second respondent is that the petitioner's daughter and the said Vijay are now in Andra Pradesh. Crl.O.P(MD)No.4612 of 2020 (Crl. Side) states that the second respondent will take all steps to have the petitioner's daughter produced. Since the petitioner's daughter is a major, it would not be open to the authority to arrest her. However, due information about the petitioner's daughter will be furnished to the petitioner as early as possible. 3.With these directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
