ORDER

The only relief sought in this writ petition is against the order passed under Section 47A of the Indian Stamp Act. Only civil miscellaneous appeal will lie before the High Court and writ petition will not lie. The petitioner is at liberty to file civil miscellaneous appeal.

2.With this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
