O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to Interfere in the Civil dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent.

2.According to the petitioner, there is a property dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. While so, the third respondent has lodged a false complaint, based on which, the second respondent is interfering with the civil dispute. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that both the parties lodged complaints against each other, for which, C.S.R Nos. 93 and 100 of 2025 were registered. After enquiry, C.S.R.No.93 of 2025 was closed as civil in nature and the parties were advised to approach the civil court and the third respondent's complaint is pending in C.S.R.No.100 of 2025 and for the

same, enquiry will be conducted and the complaint will be disposed of within a week. The respondent Police have not interfered with the civil dispute as alleged by the petitioner.

4.The learned Counsel for the fourth respondent would submit that the petitioner attempted to encroach the subject property. Hence the complaint.

5.Since the second respondent has admitted that the fourth respondent's complaint is pending and also assured to complete the enquiry within a week, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law. As far as the rights of the parties over the properties are concerned, the parties can very well approach the appropriate forum. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
