This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned II Additional Sessions Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, PCR Court, Tirunelveli to consider the bail application of the petitioners in connection with the FIR in Crime No. 234 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent. 2.The petitioners are shown as accused in Crime No.234 of 2017 for alleged offences under Sections 147, 294(b),323, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 read with Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(Va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

3.This Court directs the petitioners to surrender before the learned II Additional Sessions Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, PCR Court, Tirunelveli, on 10.11.2017 and on such surrender the learned II Additional Sessions Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, PCR Court, Tirunelveli , is directed to consider the bail petition filed by the petitioners and dispose of on the same day.
