PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to issue No Objection Certificate in respect of the property plot Nos.5, 7 and 8 comprised in Survey No.47/1A situated at Virudhunagr District in the light of the sale deed vide Document No.191 of 2016 dated 21.01.2016 and in Document No.1003 of 2016 executed by the fifth respondent with which approved by the respondents 1 and 2 Bank.

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to issue No Objection Certificate in respect of the property plot Nos.5, 7 and 8 comprised in Survey No.47/1A situated at Virudhunagr District in the light of the sale deed vide Document No. 191 of 2016 dated 21.01.2016 and in Document No.1003 of 2016 executed by the fifth respondent which was approved by the respondents 1 and 2 Bank. 2/5

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that with regard to the similar relief sought for in this Writ Petition, already the petitioners filed S.A.No. 493 of 2024 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai and the same is pending.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed and the petitioners shall approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai in the pending S.A.No.493 of 2024. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
