This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein not to interfere into the civil matter as per the order of the Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi in proceedings in M.C.81/2017/A2, dated 06.10.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent police frequently called the petitioner to the police station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

3. I have gone through the petition averments and materials enclosed in the typed set of papers. It is clearly seen that there is only a civil dispute between the parties. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
