This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard Mr.Shaijan C.George, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Durai Pandian, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 2 to 4.

3. I have gone through the petition averments and materials enclosed in the typed set of papers. It is seen that the petitioner is having a matrimonial dispute with his wife. The proceedings for divorce are pending before the High Court of Kerala. There is also a dispute regarding guardianship and custody over their minor child.

4. In these circumstances, it is not for the respondents 2-4 to interfere in the matter. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
