ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b),419,465,468,471 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.30 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused conspired together and created forged document and sold the land to A2 and on complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a document writer at Kovilpatti Sub Registrar Office. The petitioner signed only as witness. He further submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case. He further contended that A1 and A2 already arrested and enlarged on bail and prays for granting anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that A1 sold the property to A2 without having valid title to the property by creating forged document and the investigation is pending.

5. Considering the serious nature of allegations that the petitioner is the son of the document writer and he assisted in creating the document, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
