: Respondents PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.10.2017 against the proposed accused and proceed the sane as per law within a stipulated time. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Pandi Maharaja For Respondents : Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, Additional Public Prosecutor.

O R D E R

A reading of the complaint would show that the petitioner has not suffered any injury and his properties have not been damaged. The allegation of criminal intimation was only made.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.153 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police/2nd respondent. I therefore find no reason to grant relief in the petition.
