ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that it is a case of business transaction between the petitioner and one Suresh Babu, who has given a complaint against this petitioner stating that in respect of the said transaction a sum of Rs.1,67,845/- due to be paid by this petitioner. This petitioner also appeared before the respondent police and during the course of enquiry, he has also agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- on or before 30.01.2023. On the basis of the above said undertaking the said complaint appears to be closed. Against the above said undertaking, now, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent pollice nothing survives for consideration in this Criminal Original Petition.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
