ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR as against the petitioner in Crime No.138 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent for the alleged offences under Sections 6(4) of Tamil Nadu Scheduled Commodities (RDCS) Order, 1962 and 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
