The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2015 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based and on the complaint, an investigation has been conducted and the charge sheet has been filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on 30.12.2015 and the same is yet to be taken on file.
