This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family on the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard Mr.F.Deepak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners and their family members to the police station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

4.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondents that pursuant to the complaint as against the petitioners, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and nothing survives for adjudication.
