ORDER

The petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.404 of 2024, on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, has filed the present revision petition, seeking expeditious disposal of her application to declare the marriage as null and void. 1/3

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the wife had initially filed the said application before the Principal Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli, and it was numbered as H.M.O.P.No.238 of 2022. Later, it was transferred to the Family Court, Tiruchirapplli, and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No. 404 of 2024. So far, the respondent/wife has not filed counter and it is being adjourned from time to time for filing counter. Hence, the present revision petition has been filed.

3.Considering the above said facts, the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.404 of 2024 on or before 31.12.2025. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
